We experienced a brief service interruption from 09:00 AM to 09:15 AM (UTC). During this time, our database experienced unresponsiveness, which impacted the availability of our service.

To mitigate the issue, our team promptly initiated a failover to the secondary database instance. This action successfully restored service functionality, and we are pleased to report that all systems are now operating normally.
